Shipping, Delivery & Tracking

Tailuno provides free shipping on all products. Standard order delivery is expected within 3–5 calendar days. Delivery timing may be affected by carrier operations, address issues, severe weather, service interruptions, or other events outside reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Order tracking is available through Tailuno’s designated tracking experience when tracking information is available.

Returns & Exchanges

Tailuno offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days. Return and exchange requests must be made within the stated period and remain subject to the applicable return information presented on the website.

Pet products must be used responsibly and according to their intended purpose, available instructions, warnings, sizing information, and reasonable supervision. Products are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, emergency care, or responsible pet supervision.

• Check collars, harnesses, leashes, couplers, carriers, and safety products for secure fit and attachment before use.
• Choose toys, chew products, puzzles, and play gear appropriate to the pet’s size, behavior, and play style.
